Shelly Beach Circuit walk help?

Well, I’m going to melborne and I want to take the shelly beach circuit walk. Is it free or does it cost money? does some guide come with you? I want to go very soon so please help!!!

    Try this site. Shelly beach is about 320 kms east of melbourne, near Lakes Entrance. Never heard of it before, so suggest it may not have guided tours, and Lakes Entrance is not easy to get to by public transport..
